De stalen double ender ketch Noorderzon is te koop voor wereldreis, maidentrip of als zeilend woonschip. Deze de onder eisen van Loyds gebouwde 2 mast spitsgatter is uitermate geschikt als vertrekkersschip voor permanente bewoning aan boord.

Een makkelijk handelbaar, betrouwbaar zeilschip wat in 2001 volledig gestraald, vernieuwd en weer opgebouwd is. Dit zeilschip zoekt een schipper die met de Noorderzon wil vertrekken.

Langedijk - Holland, design by W. De Vries Lentsch, dim.: loa 13.61 m (lod 12.50 m/Lwl 10.00
m) x 4.00 m x 1.80 m.
Steel hull, deck and superstructure, safety glass windows in bronze framing, S-shape hull, long
keel. Displacement: approx. 25 tonnes, ballast: approx. 4 tonnes (lead), fuel tank: approx.
1.000 litres (steel), fresh water tank: approx. 1.000 litres (steel), sump tank: approx. 500 litres
(steel), mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Accommodation:
Classic pinewood and walnut interior, saloon, two cabins, 3 (+4) berths.ore cabin with one berth + head with toilet and shower.
Saloon with two benches - can be convered into two berths.
Dinette on port side - can be convered into two berths.
L-shaped galley on starboard side; with sink, refrigerator (gas/12v/220v) and a three burner
gas stove with oven.
Aft cabin with doulbe berth + head with toilet.
Head room: approx. 2.00 m, central heating + Taylor heating.
Electric water pressure system, hot water through boiler (runs on engine) and geyser.
Two heads; one with electric toilet and shower, one with manual toilet.

Ford 6 cylinder 100 hp diesel engine from 1978, intercooling system, consumption: approx. 6 /
7 litres per hour, maximum speed: approx. 8 knots, three bladed bronze propeller, propeller
shaft stainless steel - grease lubricated, Bosch dynamo.
Electric circuit: 12v/24v/220v, three gel batteries of 2008, shore power with earth leakage
breaker, Victron battery charger.
Deck wash pump, one electric and two manual bilge pumps.two fire extinguishers of 2 kg.
Navigation:
Sestrel Major compass, echo sounder, VDO log, Sailor RT144 VHF with Atis, Sailor receiver,
Philips MK8 GPS with repeater, Kenwood radio/cassette and CD player.
Equipment:
Spray hood, cockpit cover, sun awning, winter cover over complete yacht, search light, 4
persons life raft (must be inspected), life lines, manual windlass, plough anchor, deck shower,
two wired sea railing of stainless steel, clock and barometer.
